Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared within 48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- European Union: 5–9 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures (where applicable), or carrier operations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over €60.
Express delivery may be available for selected destinations.
Trusted Delivery
We work with trusted logistics partners, including FedEx, to ensure reliable and secure delivery across the European Union.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment at every stage.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Our team will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide the most appropriate solution.
Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused or returned to us, we will refund the value of the products once they have been received and inspected.
Original shipping costs and any additional return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
